Hi I’m Laura!

I’ve been a health and wellness educator for over 18 years. During that time, I’ve observed that so many people are struggling with stress and anxiety and aren’t taking care of themselves because they’re so busy taking care of everyone else.

I can relate to what so many people were dealing with because I also was caring for my young children and my mother who needed a lot of care. My own health was being compromised. Through implementing a regimen of daily exercise, yoga, positive mindset, essential oils, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and breathwork, I was able to calm the anxiety, heal my body, reduce pain which resulted in having more energy.

Once I started healing and feeling better, I was inspired to help other people. Learn more about my offerings below:
